Deposit wehavefan





When you’re ready to proceed, contact WeHaveFan customer service department and we will provide you with a sales order. If you have a specific event date, please let us know when you contact WeHavefan. We do request a 50% deposit to start you order, with the balance due when we ship. Deposits may be paid by check or credit card.


Artwork wehavefan


After you’ve sent your deposit, email all art direction, description, logos and templates to WeHaveFan department. Should you have any questions regarding your artwork, please see WeHaveFan Design and Art Guidelines. You should receive your first art proof a week to ten days from when we first receive your deposit and your artwork. Your artist will email you color art proofs and will work closely with you to get your design just right. 


Sizes WeHaveFan


Next, determine your sizes. Please refer to our sizing chart. We also offer sizing sample kits on orders over 25 pieces.  

 


Production Wehavefan


Once we have your final art approval and your final sizes, we will begin production. At that time, we’ll issue you an estimated ship date. General lead time is four weeks from approvals, this can vary depending upon the size of your order. 


Shipping Wehavefan

When your order is complete, we will contact you to arrange final payment and shipping.
